Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Whangarei service operation.

Keith Andrews Trucks is New Zealand’s largest FUSO dealership and a key supplier of FUSO, Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles. With a strong reputation across the transport industry, we’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Service Manager to lead our Whangarei team.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing service team.

• Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage workflow, resources and job allocation to ensure work is completed safely and on time.

• Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

• Monitor financial and operational performance and drive results against targets.

• Ensure high standards of health, safety, compliance and environmental practices.

• Support apprenticeships, training and ongoing team development.

• Work closely with Parts, Sales and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain strong product knowledge across FUSO, Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz.

What we’re looking for: Automotive or heavy transport experience is essential.

You’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience within an automotive, truck or heavy transport service/workshop environment.

• Strong technical knowledge and sound problem-solving skills.
