What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be right in the thick of the action:

Parts & Sales

• Proactively identify and create sales opportunities with trade and retail customers

• Follow up quotes and ensure parts are delivered promptly and accurately

• Work closely with Service to keep internal jobs moving efficiently

• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand

• Complete sales transactions accurately and keep systems up to date

• Maintain a clean, organised showroom and parts storage areas

• Handle stock movements including loading/unloading deliveries and stock checks

Crash Repairs & Insurance

• Quote crash and mechanical repairs via Parts Trader and Cap Ezi-Parts

• Build strong working relationships with insurers and panel repairers

• Stay across policy updates and industry requirements

• Provide leads to Sales for potential vehicle replacements

• Travel locally when needed to assess damaged vehicles for accurate quoting

Customer Service

• Deliver standout service—whether on the phone or in person

• Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Be a reliable, knowledgeable point of contact for all parts-related queries

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow all H&S policies and contribute to a safe working environment

• Identify and report hazards, risks, or incidents

• Work in line with company policies, procedures, and pricing frameworks

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in an automotive parts environment

• Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in the industry

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Solid computer skills and attention to detail

• A team player attitude with plenty of drive and initiative

• Full Class 1 licence (Forklift licence is a bonus)
