We’re now looking for a Truck Detailer to join our Whangārei team and help ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety, and understands that presentation matters.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the preparation, presentation, and delivery of new and used trucks, ensuring every vehicle meets our quality and safety standards before heading out the gate.

Vehicle Preparation & Logistics

• Thoroughly check and receive new vehicles, reporting any issues immediately

• Ensure yard vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times

• Groom and detail sold vehicles prior to customer delivery

• Ensure vehicles have adequate fuel

• Fit basic accessories to trucks as required

• Deliver vehicles to third-party providers and assist with vehicle movements

• Shuttle staff when required and support vehicle deliveries

• Work efficiently with a planned approach to meet timeframes

• Assist the logistics and vehicle preparation team with general and ad-hoc tasks

Health, Safety & Environment

• Carry out all work in line with company health and safety procedures

• Identify hazards and follow required controls

• Report incidents or accidents promptly

• Act responsibly to minimise environmental impacts

• Drive all vehicles safely and professionally

Customer Service & Team Support

• Be polite, professional, and courteous with customers at all times

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with company and customer information

• Demonstrate pride in workmanship and attention to detail

• Assist the Service and Parts teams when required

About You

• A strong work ethic and pride in presentation

• Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities

• A minimum Full Class 1 & 2 ideally

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Previous vehicle detailing or yard experience is beneficial but not essential
